		<content type="html">Reduce the costs incurred by healthcare providers in processing insurance forms by making patients more responsible. Have the provider give the patient a detailed invoice for the services provided.&amp;nbsp; The patient pays the provider and then gets reimbursed from the insurer.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Healthcare providers would have decreased costs of day-to-day operations by up to 15 percent.&lt;br&gt;Patients would have greater responsibility and more direct involvement with their healthcare.&lt;br&gt;Insurance companies would have to deal with the claims coming from patients rather than with the providers.&lt;br&gt;</content>
